The Rainbow Connection
There is a pattern that is encoded throughout the universe we live in. It shows up in the colors of the rainbow, in the notes on the musical scale, it is reflected in your energy body though the elements and the chakras. Each bandwidth, each unique frequency brings to light and reveals an aspect of the universe, of life. The slowest vibration produces the color red, the element of earth, the root chakra. Unpack this wisdom up the color spectrum of the Rainbow. To utilize yoga as a tool for self healing, we must include the wisdom of Ayurveda (The Science of Life). To further empower self healing we follow the ancient map of the Elements of Life and the encoded Rainbow Light Rays. Using the context of a yoga flow infused with rainbow light codes, ancient wisdom, and energy field anatomy, take a journey into your Inner Space in an energetic and didactic transmission. When you are in tune to the code of life, all is in harmony. Your Rainbow Light Body Your body acts like a prism in the sun. When the light of life passes thru the field of you, it is changed. It is refracted by your crystalline DNA. This code of life comes in bundles of 8. The Rainbow Connection
Mondays 6:30 pm at Inner Space
Wednesdays 7:30 pm Remote Class (you connect from home - still space in the remote class)
For the inclusive price of $250, this training consists of:
4 week “on the mat” yoga series
The Monday Night yoga sessions will be offered in a small group format at Inner Space,
The Wednesday Night yoga sessions will be offered remotely, you connect from home (computer phone or tablet).
Chose one time/day offered. Same course is offered at two times.
Two private Inner Space Healing Journeys to activate and integrate your Rainbow Light Body
Your private sessions you book directly with Julie at a time that works for you.
One 30 minute session will happen in late May or early June (online thru Zoom platform, on your computer, phone or tablet).
The second session takes place in late June or July after the 4 week yoga series and is designed to complete the activation and
alignments in your rainbow light body.
This session can be done in person in the Inner Space Rainbow Grid or remotely via Zoom, your choice.
