Matter, energy, light…modern science and ancient wisdom tell us they are all connected. You are a physical body, and underlying and interweaving the physical form is an energy field.  Just as blood and plasma flow through your arteries and veins, just as impulses travel though your nerves, Prana (life-force) flows through your nadis (streams, channels).  This prana acts like electricity flowing through wires. A deep exploration of how yoga breathing (pranayama), yoga postures (asana), together with Ayurvedic self body work using body balls (marma chikitsa) get energy flowing and inner light glowing.

Four week Healing Yoga Series $100
Chose one time/day offered. Course Fee includes support materials and props.
​Same course is offered on Sunday afternoons and Monday evenings.  You attend once per week.
