Working with Storm EnergyThere is an incredible amount of grief and sadness washing through the earth energy grids, and the human heart grids this morning.
Specifically to my fellow east coast USA folks....that storm cleared an incredible swath of the eastern part of the continent. I’ve been gridworking with storms and storm energy for many years now. This weekend and yesterday storm field was THE MOST intense we have worked with yet. The water element of storm work is always working with the emotional body of the collective. It is like the water of the storm picks up, is encoded with the emotions of the people in the cities and towns along its path. This one not only was huge in the area it covered across the continent, it was infused with all the fear anger grief sadness so many are experiencing right now. So much was unearthed and upturned and revealed. The process of it was intense in itself. The emotional aftermath that many of us are experiencing this morning is also part of it. Although the sun is out here and the winds are lighter, there is an INTENSE heaviness in the air, in the heart. It is still in the process of clearing out. I write this for myself, and for anyone else who may be working with this energy this morning. And not quite knowing where and why this heaviness and deep grief and sadness is around this morning. It is not just you. It is “ok” to feel it deeply. Tears will flow. Breaking points will be reached. Many many of us are. It will be integrating and moving along all day today. Be gentle with yourself. We got this!! For New York and New England people....in particular this is a huge one!!

Let’s Try Some Social ClosenessWe are all connected. We all breathe the same air. We all are lucky enough to live on this planet at this amazing time. What we are experiencing is a global reset. A massive reboot. Timed right in time for Spring Equinox. Reframe this time for your self and your family. You are making an on purpose move to slow down, to be grounded, to connect with what is important in your life. To make time for connections and playful celebrations of LIFE.
Where your attention goes, your energy flows. Watch your words and thoughts. Keep them full of love and light. Keep them high vibration. The human brain is bound do bounce all over the map during times like this. It is your landing point that matters. When you think a thought or say a phrase that leaves your landing point less than optimal, ask yourself, “What’s The Opposite of that?” Make sure you land your attention and thoughts on the reality that you want to live in. You are choosing your reality in every moment, with every word and breath. Embrace the inward time to connect more deeply with your SOUL. Your eternal being. Your energy field and your light body. That is the part of you that exists in all times and spaces. That IS the unity field of creation. Remember that your body is a wonder of self healing. Your immune system is designed to be strong and capable of recalibrating. Your attention governs and dictates your energy field. And your energy field is the blueprint for you – both your Inner Space and your outer world. Thinking good thoughts matters. Being kind matters. Being loving and connected to all that you value matters. You are free to move about and be and do anything you chose. So if you are home and cozy, that is an on purpose choice. Make sure you frame it as a self sustaining “time in”. Make sure you fill it with fun and enjoyment. Make sure you stay connected to your people. This is a grand opportunity to reestablish routines of self care and balance. This is a grand opportunity to deeply spring clean, both your home and your body. Get out in nature, breathe with the trees, drink in the sun light, dance in the raindrops. Design your life to include all the things that are precious and matter most to you, and release all the things that are of the old ways, and no longer serving you. This is a time of great possibility. This is a time of great opportunity. Be one of the ONES that spread light and love and ease and comfort every where you go. Extend yourself and create more closeness. And take some time for quiet reflection. We are in the most amazing global reset & reboot in our human memory. And we have at our fingertips the technology to weave a fabric of light and supportive energy around the world. We got this team humanity! Master your Inner Space and the world around you changes!! Multi Dimensional YOU What does it mean to be multi-dimensional? It means to be multi layered, with many bands of frequency or “levels” of existence that you can see and operate from. Different dimensions are different bandwidths of frequency. It means you exist as and in multiple dimensions and realities simultaneously. The ancient yogis referred to these layers as sheaths or koshas, progressively subtler “bodies” all interconnected and multilayered within and around each other. I have two great analogies – the light bulb and the expandable cup. You as Light Bulb A light bulb can provide a working means of multi D mapping. EARTH: The tangible parts (the metal parts and housing, the wire) WATER: The electricity running through the wires, the flow FIRE: The heat that is produced by this electron flow AIR: The atmosphere/air inside/field of influence – the magnetic field the flow produces SPACE/ETHER: The glass bulb housing - what contains and holds LIGHT: The light that emanates from this is you, your soul light You as light bulb exist as all of these parts simultaneously. You cannot isolate or individuate one as “you”, and your makeup is all of them at once. Sum of parts make your whole. You as Expandable Cup
Have you ever used a collapsible fold up camping cup? It looks like the above image. You can think of each of the rings as one of your “sheaths”. You need all of you’re your layers or rings to make it so that you hold the liquid (the prana, the life-force, the liquid light). Concentric “Rings” that hold your experience and being-ness. You need all of these layers to be complete, you cannot be just one layer or ring at a time, as all of your liquid/life force would drain away and spill. You are in the EARTH plane – you have a body, you have tangible form, you are solid and structured. You exist in the flow state – you are like WATER, like Liquid, you move and flow through time and space, your emotions are energy in motion. You feel, you sense, you experience through your senses. You are FIRE light and color, spark and movement. Heat, friction that the movement of the flow state produces. You are AIR – magnetics of your breath, your lungs and heart beat. You are magnetic fields within magnetic fields, torus within torus. You are SPACE/ETHER – you contain and hold all. You are created by sound, you are the song of life, and musical notes of the universe. You are LIGHT – you are Soul, you are YOU, your light emanates and shines, you are joy. There are a LOT of ripples of heavy energy and distortion rippling through the fields yesterday and today. Coupled with HUGE influxes of new energy. It can have a roller coaster, wobbly weird feeling effect on your human body and functions. Know you are in good company. Know this is an ultimately good thing. Surf out these waves of intensity. You got this. You are not alone. You might be experiencing them as extreme and unusual “eruptions” ~ in your emotional body (pits of despair mixed with moments of elation) ~ in your mental body (mind, thoughts) ~ in your physical body (with lots of folks feeling clusters of sensation in head, neck and skull into arms hands, as well as in low back &legs into feet) There is a sense of floaty kinda dizzy spinny qualities. There are very amazing energetic shifts in process. It’s “ok” if you are not feeling all “new year renewed” just yet. The prevalent energy operating right now is intense recalibration. Keep going. You are on the right path!!! It's NEver Too Late, To Come On HOMEThe magnitude and the amazing power of an Inner Space Journey can be difficult to convey in words, on websites or in promotional materials. So I share with you today a personal tale of a spontaneous Inner Space journey I went on this morning… I am blessed to have a “room of her own” off my bedroom. For creation, for movement and yoga, for crystal play and activations. My sacred space. I keep my andara crystals on a shelf in front of the window, for sun and moon and star light access. It is super cool how on different days and times of year, during certain alignments the different crystals activate and light up and communicate. This morning it was electric live wire GOLD RAY. Of all the crystals that were on the shelf in the sunlight, the golden were lit right up. So, I sat, taking a moment of time for myself, and to tune into the messages encoded in the light codes. Sitting with and listening to my andaras is my current most favorite way to meditate, to tune in a receive info. My andara friends do many things for me and with me, but one of the more powerful things is their ability to connect through space and time. They help anchor and bend light rays. In ways that make the light ray communication accessible to our human self. The create pathways for light codes, photonic pulses of light to enter our human energy field, body and our crystalline DNA. I can feel folks with the questions… How do Andaras work? How do they help us receive light codes? And then, what good are light codes anyway? Are they going to help me with my day to day life? And if so, how?? Why would I want to tune into my light body, and download light codes into my human form, and recalibrate my DNA? What is any of that really? And how is it useful to me? I openly share this personal story to answer this question – how it can happen in a multidimensional way. Sometimes it remains elusive to our human brain what exactly the benefit of light codes are, or what it means to recalibrate a story and pattern held in your DNA. I talk here at Inner Space often about photonic light, and how we can use it to release long held patterns of “darkness” in our own body, mind, emotional field, in our energy field and etheric band of memory. These places of darkness, what the yoga traditions call a samskaras (subtle body impressions), are these “punches” or “divots” in your multi dimensional self. They hold fixed places in the brain, and are triggered to fire memory in the synapses. They mold a groove or “pothole” into your emotional body, ones that we trip on time and time again. The linger in the tissues of your body, especially the fascia, which acts as the “memory foam” of the body. They hang out in the organs and in the cells. They form geometric patterns in your subtle energy body, influencing the flow (or blockage) of prana. They get coded into the DNA as family behavior patterns and habits, passed down generation to generation. AND – these divots can be filled in with light and love and awareness. They can be the places that hold our strength. Our containers and cups of light. So, back to my personal tale… I have been getting the inklings of remembrance again that November is a “divot” in my family history and story. And in my own heart, mind and body. When I was nine, in November of 1979, my mother mustered up her strength and courage, and made a move to take us away from the house we were living in with my father. He was abusive - physically and mentally, emotionally. We had many scary moments, several hide outs in battered woman and children shelters. Many long scary nights and days and years at home. On this November morning, we were making lunches and getting ready to hop on the school bus. When my father got in the shower, my mum told me to take my brother and sister and down go the neighbors house. There is a lot of intense detail to this story including 9 year old me listening on the basement stairs to the police tackle, handcuff and haul my screaming crying father away. The imprint has been a deep rut in my memory, energy field and body. I have been working on it for decades in a variety of ways. It is clearer and “better” each year. But here it is, November 9 again. And here it is, up again for review and upgrade. So, this morning, when I walked into my room to engage my morning “soul centering and alignment” practice – seeing this gold ray. I was pulled into and softened and allowed myself into awareness of this confluence place where the mental pictures and memories of that day, the physical places it was lingering in my body, the emotional divots that were full of tears needed to be shed. I let myself feel it and empty the pain through tears and movement. The golden light and gold ray held a very strong Father Sun/Father Sky energy. It was exactly what I needed. I posted that morning on Facebook: The andaras say....it’s a GOLD Ray Day... The GOLD Ray of Light 💫Activating Lifeforce 💫 Supercharge your inner energy battery🌟 💛The “pot of gold” at the end of the rainbow🌈 Creation Source Energy Warmth of Inner Earth🌍🔥 ☀️Light of Central Sun ☀️ Drink it in today...golden effervescent light codes... 💛Thank You Sunshine, Father SUN 💛 And then the LIGHT began to fill the room, and fill me. I could breathe in and drink in the codes of light that were pouring my way, from the sun, being bent by the andara crystals, and flooding into my awareness field. It was a beautiful self healing radiant moment, series of moments. This kind of thing is what happens on the regular when I work with folks at Inner Space. When you bring light into your body, mind and energy field, you communicate on a photonic level with your DNA. You rewrite the story. Today is a Code Day, with the numerical date of 11/11. Plus 2018 adds to be an “11” year (2+0+1+8=11). So, we get a triple 11 today. The energy of the number one is about beginning new, it is a reset point. The 11 is double that 1 energy. I see the 11 as the two columns of the strands of the DNA. And the light codes we bring in today are communicating with the crystals in the DNA, with the telomeres. What “divots” do you have in your field? What sticky points do you have from your past in your physical, emotional and mental bodies? What can you do for yourself to shine the light of your own awareness onto these dark sections? I suggest taking some time to be present with yourself. To relax and breathe into your body. Notice everything you feel and sense. Just BE. that simply doing that, being aware, sitting with yourself and holding space for the thoughts, feelings, memories, physical body sensations, that that is HUGE. Then make an action of brining in some light. Connect to the sun. Invite the solar rays into your multi-dimensional field. If possible, do this outside in the sunshine. Near a window, go for a walk. Do it while you rake some leaves. Do it in a way that is playful and fun. Awareness is your path back home to wholeness and integration. That is the way to fill the divots of darkness inside with radiant light. Our “job” as people who work with, conduct and anchor the light – our job is to be stable. To find the calm grounded energy that secures the highest for all.
The news is full of “evacuations” – storms, explosions, natural and man made disasters. That “news” can send a ripple of unstable panic and fear. Projecting yourself, your hearts, your attention into these situations, with a feeling of “that could happen to me and my loved ones at any time” and ensuing panic and ripples of heart strings being tugged, it has a way of destabilizing the ground you stand on. For, it is true that anything could happen at any time. Storms, floods, gas main pressure and explosions, all these are out of our hands. HOWEVER – you do have your awareness field to manage and this is your interface, your “holo-deck” on which you project and experience the world. If the room or house that you are in is flooding or on fire, take immediate corrective action. If the room that you are standing in right now is strong and stable – then become that yourself. If you project yourself and fill your energy field with an event that is not immediately in front of you, then you are in fact draining your own precious life-force, and bringing to you the exact thing that you focus on. My personal practice in this area is to train and actively stay alert in my attention field. If indeed you are about to get on a plane that might crash, or in the path of danger, or driving the wrong route, your body will tell you. You will feel it in your gut, in your core. Your human sensory field is as finely tuned as any animal who migrates out of the path of an incoming storm. All the “data” and information you will ever need is constantly being signaled in your field. Truth is, our minds, nervous systems and energy fields are so under constant bombardment daily – that we all need “practices” that clear the field. That hit the “reset” button. So that your awareness field instrumentation is finely tuned and in good working order. And that you are slowing down and quiet inside long enough to really listen to the signal. Take a breath, close your eyes. Take another 10 or 50 or 100 breaths and feel yourself. Feel yourself settle into the chair. Or better yet, lay down on the floor and take a “reset” position of laying on your back with your knees bent and the feet set up right under the knees. Breathe into your body. Feel the belly rise and fall with your breath. Do this for a while. Relax into it. Feel the floor under the back of your skull. Let the weight of your head get heavier with each breath. Feel the ripples of your spine, where your body hits the floor under you, and where the spine arcs up and away from the floor. Feel your feet. Direct your breath all the way to the feet. One of my main lightworker gridworker “jobs” as of late is to anchor as much light and love and clarity into the earth and the energy grid system of the earth as possible. One way I have been using the landscape around me is to create use the existing structures, and create networks of light. The networks I have been connecting this spring have been the Sycamore trees, the tall pine trees, church steeples, water towers and now FLAGS. I was fortunate enough to host my friend and mentor Katie IndiCrow here in Massachusetts in January (her first in person trip to USA) . She noticed the preponderance and sheer everywhere ness of the American flags. On flagpoles, on telephone poles, on houses and graveyards. On memorials. Growing up with it, I was pretty used to it, so it was not something I thought much about. Seeing it through her eyes was cool and new. During ongoing gridworker private training with her this spring, she suggested I connect the network of American flags. Right away I saw how it could be done. Each one set to anchor light. And freedom and sovereignty for all! I have been doing that here for last few months. Every time I see or drive by a flag, I say “let freedom reign” or something like that that springs to mind. Sometimes out loud, sometimes quiet, sometimes a hum or a song comes along too. Will you join me today on Flag Day friends? Use any flag or flag pole you see. Every white or silver flag pole has it’s own light column. Draw in a beam of light from the sun and stars. Down the length of the flag pole. Direct it with your mind into the earth. The crystalline grid of the earth is open to receive the incoming codes of light and freedom. Each is both anchor of incoming light and a broadcast tower of freedom and sovereignty. We did it, we made it to SPRING – to MAY – YEAH !! Traditionally this was a day to gather and celebrate the return of spring, the start of the growing season (for Northern Hemisphere cultures), and a time to connect to the Spring Energy of clearing, cleansing, making way for the NEW. These gatherings often included a May Pole dance. Where dancers would each hold a twine or ribbon, attached to a tall pole or live tree, and dance a dance that created a woven design on the pole or tree. And then dance in reverse to unwind it all. The image of the May Pole dance has been coming up for me a bunch in the last few weeks. Both for myself, and my own inner spring “cleaning” self care rituals and ceremonies, as well as working with my beloved clients in managing their energy fields and bodies. Your energy, your life-force (your prana, your chi) flows though you in pathways, streams. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) calls them meridians. In Yoga & Ayurveda we call them nadis (Sanskrit for stream or channel). The metaphor is like a garden hose that water flows through…your energy, your inherent life force flows through these pathways, these rivers of life, these “tubes”. Keeping prana flowing freely through the nadis is one of the big benefits of the practice of yoga (as chi flow is for Qi-Gong and Tai Chi). We know that knots or tightness in the multidimensional body leads to diminished energy flow in the channels. There are thousands and thousands of these nadis in your human energy field. In yoga philosophy, we describe the master nadi, the main river of life as the central channel that runs along the length of the spine. We use this sushumna nadi as the master attuner for the energy field. When prana is free flowing in it, then all the others attune to this master rhythm. Imagine your spine and your central channel as the May Pole. And the ribbons and the dancers represent every thing that has ever danced its way across your life and your attention field. Everything you have ever heard and said. Every single experience you have had. Each one has the potential to wind around you, like a maypole ribbon, interwoven within your multi dimensional body mind soul field. If you have enough of the ribbons wrapped tightly enough it impedes the free flow of your energy. We all know that feeling of being “all bound up” by a memory or an emotion or a thought. And having this binding translate over the physical body. Yoga literature calls these The Granthis. The Sanskrit word granthi means “knot” or “doubt” and also means “an especially difficult knot to untie.” There are three major granthis to untie as you progress your way through freeing your flow of energy. One in your lower abdomen/lower spine that is said to correlate with fear, anxiety about survival, base needs (food, clothing, shelter), feeling grounded. The second is between the navel and the heart, around the base of the ribs, and this knot is associated with your personal power and “I AM” presence. The third is described as being in the forehead, around the third eye, and the knots there inhibit the flow of clear seeing and thinking, and mire you in illusion and doubt. There are many prescribed methods in the practice of yoga, and you are free to research and follow any one of these that resonate for you. I am not going to recommend those yoga traditional methods (like applying the bhandas and doing severe or austere actions to burn them away). I find those personally to actually bind me up further, and are just not that pleasant. I find that what helps me personally is making things super FUN and JOY filled. We can follow the lead of our ancestors who danced the dance of the may pole at this time of year to unwind and release. May Pole Inner Ritual of Unwinding and Renewal Take a few moments to yourself to breath, ground and center. Connect to your core. Connect to the core of the earth and get grounded. Sit or lie or stand still, and breathe, watch allow what you notice in your body. What part of your body can you feel first? Which part is speaking to you the loudest right now? You might ask it what it may be holding, or communicating, and then take a moment to listen. Follow the flow of your sensations to notice feel and allow your awareness to flow with several body parts or areas of the body. And include the mind/thoughts and your emotions as things to notice and be aware of. While some knots will appear in the physical body, many others will present in the mental body or emotional body. Put on a song – pick a thematic match to what you are feeling, or a song that helps you move and groove, any speed, and genre, your choice. Or make a playlist of several favorites. Rub your hands together and get your energy flowing, then place your hands where they are called to go, anywhere on the body or in the air or on the ground. There is no prescribed way to best do this, and the most potent will be a self directed experience, a ceremony of meditation in motion. Then move your hands in such a way that you begin to unwind. Pull, push, sweep wipe the energy away. Dance, stomp, prance, using arms legs spine, whole body. Twirl, whirl and unwind these invisible ribbons, cut the threads that tie and bind you. Get out your machete or chain saw (imaginary!!). Bathe yourself in light or flame. Douse yourself with oil or water. Smudge your field with sage or herbs. Use a spray of water and essential oils. Or paint or write, there are as many ways to do this as there are individuals. Find your style, your method for this May Day. Make it fun, make it powerful. Make it joyful and potent. You will get the inner sign when you are complete. Then call in – light, love, joy, new fresh spring energy! Let that flow of renewal energy flood your field and nurture you at every level. Honor yourself and your journey, and sit or stand quietly again and see how you feel now. How much you have shifted your vibration and created free flow in your field. We are operating in unity field, so anytime you are able is the perfect time Balance Your Energy Flow with the Five VayusThe Five Vayus – The Winds of Life – Energy Currents Prana is life force, the primal and vital energy of life. Prana is the animating intelligence of the universe. Creation flows or breathes this force into every living being. Prana follows patterns and flows in ways we can learn and master. Just as the earth has streams and rivers and oceans that circulate the planet’s water, and the atmosphere has streams that direct air flow and drive weather patterns and moisture in the atmosphere, your body and energy field has currents of air and prana and energy flow that you can actively work with to embody balance. Just by learning about these flow directions, and bringing your awareness to how they move energy thru your body and field already is creating balance within. You can also use pranayama (energy aligning breathing techniques) and visualizations to direct these currents for smooth free balanced flow. Prana (life-force) can be subdivide into 5 constituent flows with distinct directions and characteristics. Ayurveda calls these the Vayus (the Winds). Prana-Vayu flows in and upward Apana-Vayu flows down and outward Vyana-Vayu flows from core to periphery (center to edge, centrifugal) Samana-Vayu flows from the periphery to the core (edges to the center- centripetal) Udana- Vayu flows all around, swirling whirling spirals Here is a diagram to show these flowing current patterns…. (note the color code of above list to the picture) Currently, in Spring of 2018, we are under some heavy influences of wind. There have been storms and blowing currents and intense weather throughout the planet most of March and April. And currently there is a solar wind blowing from the sun towards earth. We live in a constant influx of media and information. All of these are having a cumulative effect of overly activating the Prana-Vayu (pictured in purple). An over excited updraft of Prana-vayu can lead to: - increase of anxiety, swirling thoughts and an overactive mind, trouble settling the mind down at the end of the day, trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. Headaches, jaw stiffness and pain, teeth “stuff” (esp molars), sinus pressure, pressure behind the eyes, vision fluctuations, frayed and wiry nervous system – generalized feelings and ungrounded-ness and trouble settling yourself. We can balance out this tendency in many ways. Therapeutically, we would target both soothing out and softening the over predominance of the “updraft”, along with opening the downward flow in the Apana-Vayu channels – to help you ground, soothe and get steady. We need to give the “extra” energy that is flowing up and out a pathway down and in for balance. Here is a list of some of my favorites and most easy to use and effective techniques… To pacify and soothe an overactive Prana-Vayu - Keep yourself warm, keep your feet warm, use hats, scarves, shawls on your head and neck/shoulders - Eye pillow, to rest the eyes and relax the muscles, warm eye pillow even better - Enjoy periods of quiet with minimal stimulation (avoid TV, media, reading etc esp right before bedtime) - Warm baths, self massage with oil, eating a bit more healthy fat (avocados, healthy oils) – keep yourself lubricated - Warm beverages (tea, lemon water, spiced chai minus caffine) And, then we stimulate the Apana-Vayu to open the channels of “down and out”: - Foot massages, rolling a ball under soles of feet, grounding feet to earth - Self massage or use of balls on the Marma points at top of shoulders, top of thighs, sole of feet - Thigh stretches, particularly ones that focus on seating the head of the thigh bone deeper into the hip socket.
